You’re so excited to start but after 1 week you’re starving from eating only bird food, the trainers aren’t able to modify the exercises to suit your current fitness level, and your knees and joints are killing from all the high impact training (not to mention what its done to your pelvic floor that you’ve worked so hard on repairing after birthing your kids)

I know your time is precious and you don’t want to waste it on another “one size fits all” program that, lets be honest, was never going to work anyway.
All MandaFit sessions are in a private studio – I know you don’t want to go to a smelly public gym with girls walking around in what you’re sure is underwear or deal with sweaty men spending more time flexing then lifting.
MandaFit Group Sessions are SMALL which means I can focus on making sure everyone is feeling comfortable with what they are doing and safe modifications can be made where needed.
Mum First sessions (Semi Private PT) are capped at 4, you have your own individualised program but instead of training alone you have 3 other Mum’s who have the same struggles as you to train with and support you.
I am an experienced & qualified Post Natal Trainer and even if you had your baby 7, 10 15 years ago I know there may still be some things that you’re not able to do and we can work to improve that or work around that make sure you still get a great workout and see some great results without making any other issues worse.
Everyone is friendly and supportive, there are no cliques! There is no judgment, just friendship, smiles and support 100% of the way (and lots of laughing as well!)
